EARLY LEARNING TEACHERS

A movement based learning center offering preschool and kindergarten located within the walls of Golden Triangle Gym. This provides child-student development utilizing our premier gymnastics, karate, dance and ninja facility with our traditional classroom environment. We seek energetic, fun, creative teachers to join our growing programs. The successful candidates; first and foremost have a love of children and a passion for teaching. They are self motivated and committed to the success of our students. A background in early childhood developmental education is preferred but not required. 

CAMPS & SPECIAL EVENTS LEADER

Golden Triangle Gym is the areas premier gymnastics, karate, ninja/parkour and early learning, academic preschool. We are seeking a creative, motivated, dedicated leader for summer day camps and special events. Responsibilities include, but not limited to budgeting, organizing, and scheduling day to events, activities, field trips, guest instructors and more. Typically our days will have an average of 25 children in attendance divided into three or four age appropriate groups. Our leader is an adult with a passion for children and engaged, learning fun. We are seeking the permanent, part-time with potential to transition to full time. The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, eager to assist clients with a variety of needs including registration, billing, attendance tracking, accounts receivable, marketing, social media, and more. We are looking for flexible availability on weekdays and weekends. Customer service experience preferred. 

HOSPITALITY / OFFICE MANAGER

Golden Triangle Gym is a 14000 square foot facility offering gymnastics, preschool, karate and ninja/parkour training. Our "Hospitality" position is diverse and takes on many responsibilities. This person is the first voice and first point of contact our families meet. A friendly, warm greetings person with a "will do" attitude is a must. Hospitality handles enrollment, class attendance, email and telephone correspondence (huge task), accounts receivable, prepares daily deposits and reconciliations, graphic design / marketing, social media posting and more.  We utilize a class management software that keeps the majority of our AR in the cloud.  Monitoring traffic coming in the door and crowd control, aka: reminding kiddos to save gymnastics for the gym, rather than in our seating and parent viewing areas. The safety of our students is a must.

Current schedules: 

• M-Th: 10-7
• M-Th: 10-3
• M-TH: 10-7 & Friday till noon
• Friday (3-6 occasionally)
• Saturday (9-12 (occasionally)

Friday and Saturday shifts are occasional. Perhaps filling in for a Saturday front office person or special events offered occasionally throughout the year. Our main hospitality-front desk manager works the Monday-Thursday shifts.

We follow a school calendar. Therefore, many built in vacation days (unpaid for hourly) throughout the year. These are a huge and a rejuvenating benefit. For example; Thanksgiving holiday a four day weekend, we close the lion's share of Christmas school break. We also close the week of July 4th. This is a huge benefit for our staffing team to plan and enjoy family time.   

The position has an opportunity for growth. Day time hours include more in depth handlings of time sheets. Our manual time tracking is reviewed and transferred into our cloud based system. The right character will assume payables and reconciliation as well as accounts receivables.
